My husband, Bob and I utilized Spadea Lignana for a re-assignment of a franchise. The service was outstanding. Our attorney, Matt Wizmur, was extremely professional, diligent and knowledgeable. Our transfer of ownership was a particularly arduous one. Matt maintained a calm, but resolute demeanor throughout the process. The office staff assisted us in a timely fashion, as well. We would highly recommend the use of this firm!
