Spadea Lignana is excited to announce a new CORE program for franchisors. The flat fee legal service is a cost-effective and practical solution for the ongoing legal needs of franchisors, including but not limited to, FDD updates, state registrations and the creation of a cloud-based system to effectively and efficiently manage FDD Disclosures and Franchise Agreement execution. The monthly flat fee is based on the number of state registrations a franchisor has, as well as the size of the system.

There’s no better place to officially launch the new program than at the International Franchise Association’s 2017 Convention in Las Vegas from January 29th-February 1st. Four Spadea Lignana attorneys will be attending the event — Tom Spadea, Josh Lignana, Andy Matson, and Steph Grobler. Tom has once again been asked to be an Ambassador for the first time attendees, and he will be hosting a round table on Wednesday, February 1st.
