The PFA’s Lunch & Learn is an educational and networking event held each quarter. At each session, a panel of experienced franchisors leads a discussion about a relevant topic. How to be a Successful Franchisee
This quarter’s speaker was Cordell Riley, an experienced franchise veteran who co-owns Total Training. Cordell is one of the nation’s top keynote speaker on training and franchising, and we were thrilled to welcome him to this quarter’s Lunch & Learn!
Cordell led an interactive workshop about “Success Leaves Clues – How to be a Successful Franchisee.” He discussed:
