Experience:
Stephanie Grobler has been with the firm since 2003. For almost a decade and a half Stephanie has been committed to helping small business owners achieve their business goals. She has helped many long time clients from inception to business maturity. There are very few legal issues faced by small business owners that Stephanie has not advised on.
Focus:
Stephanie focuses primarily on drafting franchise disclosure documents, negotiating commercial leases, and assisting clients with all of the legal work that goes into buying and selling a business. She has the experience and business acumen to guide her clients through the challenges of launching, purchasing or selling a business.
Passion:
Stephanie is all about crafting creative solutions to overcome hurdles that affect business owners. She strives to recognize what her client is trying to achieve and then uses her experience and creativity to get them to that goal. First-time business owners invest time, money, and emotions into making their dreams a reality, and Stephanie understands the risks involved. That’s why she takes the time to truly understand each client and prepare them for the future.
Proud Moments:
Stephanie loves hearing updates from past clients. It’s a great feeling when she hears about the continued success of a previous client knowing that she had a role in helping them achieve what they set out to achieve when the business was still just a plan.
Stephanie, a Florida native, has lived up and down the East Coast, from Florida to Boston. Her favorite place to spend time is back home, on the beach in Florida, especially when the weather is cold in Philadelphia.
