Nate Greenberg

Experience:

Nathan Greenberg practices law as Of Counsel with Spadea Lignana LLC. Nate is also the Chief Executive Officer of the Siegel Financial Group.

Prior to joining Siegel Financial Group in 2004, he practiced law and was a name partner in the law firm of Kahn Greenberg & Blau LLP. Nate concentrated his law practice in commercial loan documentation, real estate, corporate work for small to medium-sized businesses, commercial litigation, and employment discrimination work. Nate also served as an adjunct professor at St. Joseph’s University and the Comey Institute of Industrial Relations, teaching Business Law and Labor Law.

Nate has been a speaker at many franchise conferences, including IFA.

Nate is known for his expertise in success planning and exit strategy, franchise financing, business valuation, and mergers and acquisitions. He works with multi-unit franchise brands, from 50 units to 5000+.

Before practicing law, Nate was a freelance illustrator. Nate is married and has a young daughter and son. His hobbies include cartooning and sailing.
