Experience:
Evan Harra joins the Spadea Lignana team after starting his career working in bank-related litigation. Evan attended law school at Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he was a fellow of the Rubin Public Interest Law Honor Society. As a fellow, he had the opportunity to clerk for a judge, mediate in landlord-tenant and small claims court, as well as work for the PA Attorney General’s Bureau of Consumer Protection.
Approach:
Evan’s mediation skills will come in handy as he shifts his focus to the franchising world. His experience working with banks, drafting sales agreements, and updating compliance manuals, has taught him the importance of understanding the fine print. Evan’s positive attitude and approachability make it easy for clients to come to him with questions.
Passion:
Evan enjoys helping small business clients expand into franchising. He’s excited to help coach sometimes small, single location businesses into becoming multi-unit franchise systems. The myriad of legal and business issues associated with emerging brands makes the legal work interesting, challenging and rewarding.
Evan lives in Philadelphia and spends his free time perfecting his grilling skills, axe throwing, and going on long hikes with his dog, Woody.
