Experience:
Juggling a JD and an MBA is no walk in the park, but Alexandra Schiavino did just that at Villanova! Her adventure into the world of franchising kicked off during her stint as a legal intern at Rita’s Italian Ice. There, she dove headfirst into reviewing franchise agreements, tackling in-depth legal research, crafting default notices, and even sitting in on meetings with the legal team and General Counsel. Alexandra then joined the Spadea Lignana team in 2023 as a legal intern to assist with drafting FDDs and franchise agreements, all while balancing her business and law degrees.
Focus:
Alexandra wanted a deeper understanding of how businesses run, which led her to pursue her finance degree and MBA. Her exposure to the business world helps her fully understand day-to-day business operations. Alexandra’s unique blend of business savvy and legal know-how means she’s not just giving advice; she’s crafting winning strategies for her clients with confidence.

Alexandra spent her early years in NJ before relocating to FL, and she’s excited to be back in the Northeast. Now that she’s not buried in textbooks, she’s excited to spend more time exploring Manayunk and planning weekend getaways with friends.
