The Philadelphia Franchise Association Lunch & Learn took place on September, 13, 2017 at Maggiano’s in King of Prussia. This was by far the best attended meeting with close to 120 participants, so a special thanks to all of those who came out!

If you are thinking of buying an existing location or selling your franchise in the next few years, this is certainly a meeting you don’t want to miss. Every franchise system will have owners exit the system through resales, a well-run franchise system won’t let the resale process fall through the cracks. Selling an existing franchise has some unique challenges associated with it regarding the timing, the process and the finding of a qualified buyer.
