From Wall Street to Walnut Street—Josh Lignana started his career as a Wall Street trader, being immersed in the securities and finance world. His early experiences with lawyers were as a client.  On one such occasion, after convincing a reluctant high-profile attorney to take on a case on behalf of his employer, Josh realized he could use his persuasion skills to pursue a new passion. He earned his law degree at Rutgers and then joined forces with his lifelong friend, Tom Spadea, to start their law firm.

With over 15 years of business experience, Josh is passionate about helping clients navigate through the often confusing legal aspects of owning a business. Achieving concrete results is always his goal when working with a new client.

Josh currently resides in Medford Township, NJ with his wife and two children. On the weekends, you might see him coaching youth sports, working in the yard or searching for his golf ball.
